Return & Cancellation Policy
We believe we have provided you with all the necessary information. Please, check carefully our size chart as well as products' descriptions before making your decision. If you are confused, we are willing to support you at email@example.com
Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept cancellation.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number, the missing item's name and a picture of the product or package showing the shipping label.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we do not offer or accept size exchanges.
* Please be advised that if you can not provide us with a picture of the product & package showing the shipping label, it will not be possible for us to process your request.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address is Starta 1, 2nd bldg., 3rd fl., Riga, Latvia LV-1026.
